This month has been so much fun! We installed ~400 sq feet of Thermofloor heated flooring topped with Cali laminate planks.

We went with the 240v system because of the amount of square footage which required the thermostat/heated flooring to have its own circuit.

The entire basement got new baseboards and a fresh paint makeover (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, shower room, hall & living room). We thoroughly enjoyed this one.

As promised, here you go! Nabi Modern designed every inch of this Air BnB located in Arvada.

Alongside three other fantastic independent installers, we opened and assembled every item in this home from scratch. We overfilled a very large dumpster with all of the boxes, it was insane! Completed within about seven days, I'm proud to display their great design and our hard work.
