Finished up a major door replacement in Castle Pines.

We replaced 3 operable units with one French door in the center and two fixed units on the sides for better air tightness, while matching the existing Kolbe windows above.

Once the old doors came out, we also found significant water damage, so we rebuilt the affected areas before installing the new units and finishing the trim and paint.

This basement had an uneven floor that made it hard to enjoy the space. Our crew removed the old flooring, prepped the concrete, and poured a self-leveler to create a smooth, flat foundation. Once cured, we finished it off with new carpet tile and baseboards — turning it into a functional home gym and family rec space.

Uneven floors are more common than you'd think, and self-leveling is often the fix. If your basement floor has dips or slopes, we can help.

This one's a masterclass in custom carpentry. From the entry through the dining room, we built out wainscoting, crown molding, and hand-trimmed archways that completely changed the feel of these spaces. We also built a custom Walnut rack for the kitchen, added shiplap in multiple places, extended the laundry room into the garage and many other things. This is post 1 of multiple of the work we have done at this project!

Highlights from this build:

- Custom wainscoting and picture-frame trim through the entry and dining areas
- Hand-built archways, cased and finished on site
- Crown molding wrapping the dining room and front room
- Cove molding detail tying the baseboards and staircases together

Kitchen & main floor remodel — complete! ✨

Two-tone cabinetry throughout: crisp white shaker uppers paired with a rich sage-green on the lowers and island, tied together with champagne-brass hardware. Quartz countertops, a Bosch double wall oven, and floating oak shelves round out the cook space, while a glass-front bar nook adds a custom touch just off the kitchen.

Tub-to-shower conversion done right. 🛁➡️🚿

We converted this main floor bathroom into a sleek walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling vertical tile that wraps the entire space. Black hex floor tile, brushed nickel fixtures, and a custom stone threshold tie it all together.

✨ Full bathroom transformation — before & after ✨

Two bathrooms, completely reimagined. We gutted both the Hall Bath and Jack & Jill down to the studs and rebuilt them from scratch — subway tile, quartz countertops, and champagne bronze hardware throughout.

The Hall Bath got a crisp, clean look with white shaker cabinets and large-format dark floor tile. The Jack & Jill went bold — navy blue double vanity, wood-look tile flooring, and niche shelving built right into the shower walls.

Same attention to detail in both. Different personalities. That's what custom remodeling looks like.

We transformed this fireplace area for a client in Highlands Ranch: custom built-in cabinets on each side, floating shelves above, and countertops throughout.
