We were referred to a major commercial roofing project out in Greeley, Colorado to inspect and bid a ballasted roofing system with ongoing leak issues.
This roofing system is over 300,000 square feet, and we hand measured the entire roof to ensure accurate numbers before putting together our proposal.
We are currently bidding this project against three other large companies, and our goal is simple: provide clear, professional options that properly address the leaks while giving the customer solutions that fit their budget and long term goals.
This is the type of work we love. Large scale commercial roofing, leak investigations, complex roof systems, and finding the right long term solution instead of just throwing a temporary patch on the problem.
