The Blue Ivy kitchen 🩵

Warm white oak, creamy cabinetry, natural stone, aged brass and layers of texture & lighting (and the cutest four legged friend) come together to create a kitchen with warmth, depth and a sense that it’s always belonged.

And through that little arched doorway — a glimpse into the scullery, because some of our favorite details are tucked just beyond the main space.

A kitchen designed to feel warm, lived-in and layered from the very beginning. ✨

Thank you to SistersOnTheRun | Megan Burke & Katelyn Conlon for allowing me to be a part of this incredible project, this kitchen (and entire home) was a dream to design

Give me a powder bath but make it moody. 🤎 Dramatic fluted calacatta viola marble, fluid lines, brass fixtures by Brizo® Kitchen & Bath, offset playful lighting and walls wrapped in Sherwin-Williams Armory for a tiny space with a whole lot of personality. One of my favorite spaces at our Blue Ivy project.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Hearing how a space feels to our clients after the dust settles is everything to us. We pour so much intention into creating homes that reflect your story—so when that’s not only seen but felt, it means the world.

To all of our incredible clients: thank you for trusting us, for collaborating with us, and for sharing words like these. It’s the greatest honor to be part of your homes and your lives.

This is why we do what we do. ✨🙏🏽

Soft, tailored, and quietly bold — take a tour of the Madison kitchen.

A study in balance: muted sage cabinetry, warm brass accents, beautiful natural stone and a moment of pattern that draws you in just enough. Every detail was designed to feel elevated yet effortless… the kind of kitchen that doesn’t shout, but still says everything.

Proof that subtle can still make a statement and small spaces can have a big impact.

SO, SO excited to be featured by !!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 feeling very honored and blessed. It was also so much fun to revisit some of our work from the past (almost FIVE- how did that happen?!?) years!!

I absolutely never thought I would have a job that I love so much and am so incredibly thankful for all of the support from our families, friends and clients!! We seriously couldn’t do this without you all. Thank you for pushing us to start Brooks & Tenn and more importantly thank you for trusting our vision and trusting us with your homes.

I feel like I am where I am supposed to be. ♥️ pinching myself!!

Dahlia bath: this bath is truly unrecognizable after the transformation it underwent!! We packed a lot of detail into this small space; stunning tapestry inspired wallpaper, wainscot, custom reeded detail on the vanity, marble (from our backyard in CO!), aged brass fixtures, linen and woven textures!

When my sister-in-law called to ask if we would help her renovating this bath (they desperately needed a bath tub instead of a shower for their growing family) we jumped at the opportunity! I love being able to do projects for the people I love most… There is a level of trust there that allows the projects to run smoothly and in turn, creates an incredible finished product 🤍
