We get asked here and there about the brands, furniture, and finishes used in our designs.

So, here’s the full story behind this kids’ bathroom interior design project in California:

Toilet: Baby Devoro, American Standard
Medicine cabinet: Edge Royale, Aquadom
Porcelain tile: White Aura, Fiandre
Sink faucet: Central Park West, Kallista
Vanity drawers: Safari Chic, BEHR
Wallpaper: Safari, Nestig

This is what custom interior design actually looks like.
A sourced, specified, fully coordinated space ready to build.
Just for you, and your vision.

The question we get all the time is: how does this actually work?

Most clients start with one of our existing designs as a reference point.

From there, we shape everything around how you actually live. It starts with a call where we get to know you, your priorities, your land, and your vision.

Then we build a mockup, get aligned and kick off the project.

From there, we shape the layout, the exterior, and all the details that make the home yours.

We deliver the full architectural package to your local team and carry the same vision through the interior design, so everything feels cohesive from the outside in.

A primary bathroom designed like a hotel suite.

The same square footage.
Every decision is shaped by their lifestyle.

The vanity occupies the longest wall, flanked by wall-integrated linen closets.

The walk-in closet is split in two.
Each side featuring its own L-shaped layout and a central island.

The toilet is tucked away in its own private, quiet room.

The double shower faces the landscape and features a built-in wall bench.

It’s not about having more space.
It’s about purposeful design.

Some things you just have to draw them.

A note doesn’t capture the way a window frames a view.
A sketch does.

A render shows you what the light does at 4 pm before a single wall exists.

A photo from a client mid-construction tells you the design is holding up exactly the way it was meant to.

Sketch, render, build.
We’re always visual note-taking.

The Hunter’s Lodge primary suite.

A home in Pennsylvania, designed around a family’s tradition and the life they wanted to come home to.

Most people see the final render.

What they don’t see is the work that happens before it.

Interior design at this level is not decoration.

It is every detail of your daily experience, thought through in advance so nothing feels accidental once you’re living in it.

This is what that process looks like when it’s done right.

Comment HUNTER and we’ll send you the full floor plan.

A mountain home that finally got the inside to match the view.
Falcon’s Perch. In Leadville, Colorado.

Three spaces.
One property.
One layout that ties it all together.
Loft, open breezeway and detached garage with a full apartment above.

An open concept layout at the main level without feeling like one big room with no purpose.

Natural light from every angle.

This is the kind of view where you stop mid-conversation because a moose just walked through the tree line.

Your land is waiting for one of our mountain home designs.

Most mountain homes are missing this space

The Outdoor Kitchen Pantry is the space that makes outdoor cooking actually work without the mess ever reaching your main kitchen.
Think of it as a mudroom for your kitchen. Or a dirty kitchen with exterior access.

Everything that comes in from the cookout enters here.
The sink, the dishwasher, the full-size fridge and freezer, the storage for pantry goods and small appliances.

Directly behind the feature kitchen, with two entry points: one from inside, one from outside.
Between 200 and 250 square feet. Every inch doing something.

The cookout is done, and your guests are still at the table.
Everything comes in through the pantry, the door closes, and you get back to them.

If this space is not in your plan yet, Comment PANTRY and discover why you need it

The details that make a home feel like a five-star hotel are never the obvious ones.

Here are three things we love for every modern mountain home we design:

1. The Toto toilet.
It sounds like a detail.
It becomes something you cannot live without.

2. A Lutron system.
The home responds to you, not the other way around.

3. A whole-house water filtration system.
Softer water changes your shower, your skin, and the lifespan of every appliance connected to your plumbing.

Which one is going in your home? Drop it in the comments.

Have you noticed your closet has one season, but your life in the mountains has four?

There is a difference between the clothes you reach for every Monday morning and the pieces you only touch on special occasions.
And then there's everything the mountain demands: the heavy coats, the snow boots, the gear that takes over your life from November through March.

A well-designed primary closet handles all of it without chaos.

The walk-through closet handles your daily rotation, the clothes of this season.

The display closet honors the pieces worth showing.

The hidden walk-in closet takes care of everything else, out of sight, climate-controlled, ready when the season changes.

Comment 4️⃣ if your closet works for every season.
Comment 1️⃣ if you're still living out of one.
