DRIP Plumbing is growing, and we need an experienced customer service representative who can keep North Texas flowing.
We’re a family-owned plumbing company serving northern Denton and Collin Counties. Customers call us for leaks, water heaters, drains, sewer lines, and same-day repairs. They expect a fast answer, a clear price, and a technician who shows up on time. That starts with you.
This is not a script-reading call-center job. You’ll be the voice of the company, the person who books the day, and the link between homeowners and the field team.
What you’ll do
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails and turn them into booked jobs
• Ask the right questions so techs arrive prepared
• Build and protect the daily schedule so trucks stay on time
• Update customers when plans change
• Follow up after the visit so nothing falls through
• Support technicians with job notes, parts needs, and status updates
• Bonus: experience pulling permits in Denton County or Collin County
What we’re looking for
• Experience as a CSR, dispatcher, or office coordinator in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or another home-service trade
• Calm, clear phone presence when someone has water on the floor
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle a busy board without losing the customer
• Comfort with scheduling software and accurate data entry
• Upbeat, neighborly communication — the way we treat every caller
