We finished another awesome deck for some more great people. This one isn’t huge but all the finishes are real nice . Tomorrow the patio guys come back to finish around our work . This one is Trex Carmel with a jasper border both with cool deck technology. Westbury aluminum rails , cap and riser lighting . We enclosed the underside with a black pvc skirting for a clean look . Decks are all I do and I love it .

We wrapped up another awesome project for some great people in new freedom today . This was supposed to be a resurface and once we removed the old decking we found it best to replace all the joists and ledger for a better finished project . This one is Trex ranier with vinyl rails . This Trex decking has a cool deck technology that keeps the surface cooler then standard composites . Decks are all I do and I love it .

I’m really excited about finishing this one today !! We really work for the nicest people ! This was a very large project that was a tear down and rebuild the same size! This time it was built right ! Trex rain escapes to capture the water before it hits the framing . This frame will last a very long time (2x12s 12” on center ) ouch ! Finished pvc ceiling below with lights and fans , a nice storage area with a sliding door . Up top we have Trex Havana gold decking with a nice pattern and all hidden fasteners . Westbury rail system with a drink rail . Trex lighting on the posts and risers as well . All trimmed out with black pvc for a modern look . Man this was a fun one ! Thanks to all who helped knock this one out ! Keith and Jon , Sam and Mike , warren , dave , Will and Rudy! Many hands helped on this one ! Decks are all I do and I really love it ! Big or small we do it right !

We wrapped this up today and got the final inspection in stewartstown . Thankful for our patient homeowners this one took longer than expected with the bitter cold a few weeks ago. This is Trex Carmel with a jasper border . Vinyl rails with lighting on the post and risers .
It really feels like spring let’s plan your new deck if that’s in the works this year ! Decks are all I do and I’m a Trex pro gold contractor!

Last week we finished a really nice roof over an existing deck . This was a fun project for some great people . We inspected the frame of the deck to make sure it was solid . Replaced the rails, trim and steps . Then built the roof . This will provide great shade and shelter for them. Always a pleasure working with such nice people .
