Congratulations to Bradley Gaskin on officially signing with BMI!

Bradley, an artist with 30A Life Records, recently visited the Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) Nashville headquarters to celebrate the signing alongside Jack Cole , CEO of C2 Construction, 30A Life Records, and Club 30A.

There’s a natural connection between what’s happening in Nashville and what’s being built right here on Florida’s 30A.

C2 Construction is currently building Club30A on the west end of 30A, a major new commercial project that will include a state of the art gym facility an entertainment venue as part of the facility. Club30A is scheduled to open in 2027.
