Another hardscape restoration completed!

For this project, we carefully removed and organized the existing pavers, repaired and rebuilt the base all the way through, and reinstalled the original pavers to bring this walkway and patio back to life.

🌱 A fresh start from the ground up.

We recently transformed this property by installing 9 cubic yards of premium topsoil and 75 rolls of fresh sod to completely rejuvenate the lawn. After carefully grading the entire area smooth and bringing everything to the proper finish grade, we installed the sod with staggered joints for a seamless, professional appearance.

To give the new lawn the best possible start, we watered everything thoroughly, created a clean landscape bed around the tree, and tucked all sod edges into the soil to help prevent drying during the summer heat. It's all about the details that lead to a healthier, longer-lasting lawn.

This homeowner unfortunately had to completely redo their landscape after the previous contractor installed low-quality mulch that led to excessive w**d growth throughout the garden beds. We started by thoroughly w**ding every bed, turning over the soil, and removing existing w**ds and root systems. Next, we applied a professional granular pre-emergent to help prevent new w**d seeds from germinating.

Once the beds were properly prepared, we trimmed all necessary shrubs, cleaned up every clipping, and finished the project with premium ground hardwood mulch for a clean, polished appearance that's built to last. Quality materials and proper installation make all the difference when it comes to keeping your landscape healthy and looking its best.

🌿 A complete landscape transformation from the ground up.

This project was a full property refresh. We removed the existing landscape, including trees and overgrown plant material, while preserving select mature shrubs that still added value to the property. We then regraded the entire area, created brand-new landscape beds with decorative stonework throughout the front yard, and completely redesigned the space from scratch.

The installation included over 200 trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, perennials, and flowering plants, creating four seasons of color, texture, and interest throughout the property. New stone-edged landscape beds helped define the space, improve curb appeal, and give the front of the home a clean, high-end appearance.

To finish everything off, we graded the property, seeded all disturbed areas, and completed the final detailing to ensure the landscape blended seamlessly into the existing lawn. The result is a completely transformed property that looks great today and will continue to mature beautifully for years to come. 🌱✨

The customer kept having issues with vehicles running over and tearing up the grass, so we came up with a clean long-term solution using Unilock pavers that blends right into the property while adding durability at the same time.
