Some ANSI A92.2 boom inspection failures are easier to spot than others.

This one stands out: the bucket shows extensive cracking, delamination, and exposed fiber bloom, a clear loss of both structural and dielectric integrity.

Per ANSI/SAIA A92.2-2021 (Sections 6.5.3 and 7.2), any damage affecting strength or insulation requires the unit to be taken out of service immediately until the boom is replaced by the OEM or authorized facility.

Tag it out and get it repaired properly. Safety first.
