We help increase your bottom line at the place where it matters most, your built environment. The long-term competitive success of a dealership depends in large part on its ability to communicate a relevant and focused brand promise to the customer and dealer market. In the case of AGCO’s broad suite of products the promise is: ‘A Leading Provider of Professional Ag Solutions for the Serious Farme
r.’
This promise is more than strategic brand positioning. It is a core philosophical belief that should permeate every aspect of the AGCO dealership. It should be the dealer’s goal to communicate and deliver on this promise in every
aspect of day-to-day operations, employee attitude and customer impression. While the old dealership was simply a building housing key operational activities, the new dealer facility is a destination for those seeking guidance and leadership. The dealer must make good on this promise, set the example, and deliver leadership in every aspect of the customer’s interaction with the new AGCO facility. Corbin Design Group (CDG) has partnered with AGCO Corporate to create a Dealer Facility Design to assist in acquiring Dealer Excellence status through the Galvanize program. From minor remodels to new builds – including concept plans, descriptive charts, three-dimensional space renderings and materials and furniture specifications. The guidelines CDG provides, when used in conjunction with architectural and engineering services, will be a critical tool in establishing permit, final facility design plans and construction documents. The Galvanize program provides a comprehensive and universal design approach, and is a result of AGCO’s successful growth and brand proliferation over the past eight years. Originally operating under the vast Caterpillar dealer network, AGCO is now moving to differentiate Ag brands under the AGCO family. We believe that differentiating these brands will open up important strategic opportunities for dealers. With this goal in mind, Galvanize is designed to:
• Help dealers determine adequate space planning volumes that meet today’s needs while anticipating tomorrow’s
• Provide a resource for design criteria, including recommended graphics, materials, furniture, finishes and program requirements that help dealers, architects and contractors support a common brand impression
• Create a comprehensive database that illustrates and describes best practices, creative problem-solving and professional recommendations which are relevant to a number of dealership scenarios
