Installed new electrical panel in the barn. The feed wire to barn was broken. So we dug it up at break and installed this pole with a disconnect. Added a security light. Ran 60’ of cable underground to barn from disconnect. I’m sure security light will help when taking care of animals

No cool service call. Found the GFCI tripped for the furnace from recent flooding. Was able to get it cooling pretty quick

New water heater install from a flooded basement. On the way from there investigated a flooding basement. Found gutters plugged on majority of house

Service call for leaking toilet. Found floor in bad shape from the leak. Cut the old soft and moldy floor out and replaced. Finished it with nice LPV flooring

Called for this basement flooded. Looked more like an in ground pool when I seen it. Pumped it down. While I was there I repaired some roof leaks.

Service call for 2 plugged sinks in different bathrooms. One needed all new drains and supply lines. Was unable to get it cleared with my usual augers but it was no match for the blaster. It will not work in every cases but it did in this one

Called for leaking roof. Was able to find how water was getting in and make repairs at this business get the leaks stopped. Ended up being chimney flashing needed attention.

Heat pump short cycling. Found to be Low on refrigerant.
