We’re proud to share this complete Daytona Beach Shores condo transformation by CPR Pro LLC.

This project was taken all the way down to the studs and completely rebuilt for a wonderful couple from New York to enjoy with their children during family vacations at the beach. Our vision was to create a bright, modern, showroom-inspired coastal home that is both luxurious and comfortable for everyday family living.

From the open kitchen and custom finishes to the flooring, lighting, and bathrooms, every detail received a full transformation.

Project highlights

• Complete condo gut renovation down to the studs, followed by a full rebuild
• Beautiful Integrity Shaker Cabinets with a clean, timeless design
• 5" Crown Molding
• Calacatta Gold Porcelain Countertops (3d design and layout)
• Premium CALI Hight Tide Sandbar Flooring throughout the living areas
• All-new LED recessed/can lighting for a bright, modern feel
• Updated kitchen, removed a wall for an open layout, added a spacious island with overhand and added bar stool area
• Custom Bar with Rain Glass
• Delta Faucets 🚿
• Fully renovated bathrooms featuring large-format Italian porcelain tile

• For the bathrooms, we selected stunning 36” x 42” Italian porcelain tile with a sophisticated European marble look. The large-format tile creates a clean, seamless appearance with minimal grout lines while still delivering the upscale look of natural stone at a more cost-efficient price point.
Using 3-D laser measurements and detailed layout planning, we carefully positioned each tile so the marble veining and grout lines flow continuously throughout the space. The result is a custom, high-end bathroom design that feels polished, balanced, and truly luxurious.

Coastal luxury, redefined. ✨🌊

We recently wrapped up a complete, top-to-bottom renovation at the St. Croix condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores, and the results are absolutely stunning! Swipe/Take a look at this incredible transformation. 👉

For the kitchen, the goal was a bright, airy, open-concept design. To get there, we completely structurally transformed the space tearing down two walls and removing all the outdated soffits to maximize the height and view.

Here’s a look at the premium details that brought this dream kitchen to life:

💎 Cabinets: Luxury, all-plywood construction from Integrity Cabinets for timeless style and unmatched durability.

✨ Countertops: Breathtaking, premium Cambria Quartz that steals the show.

💡 Lighting: All-new custom recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting & glass cabinet lighting to keep the space bright and modern.

But we didn’t stop in the kitchen! The rest of this condo received the ultimate VIP treatment:

🪵 Flooring: Beautiful Cali Laguna LVP installed seamlessly throughout the entire condo for a durable, coastal feel.

🚿 Master Bath: Remodeled into a spa-like oasis featuring a stunning walk-in shower wrapped in Italian porcelain
