This nearly 1,600 square foot addition is ready for a roof tomorrow! 🏠
We've also got nearly 200' of sewer, water, and electric trenches completed and ready for the next phase. 🔨 Big thanks to the crew at Landshapers for some of the cleanest trench work we've seen. Their attention to detail helps keep everything moving smoothly.

This ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in Versailles is officially complete, and we're proud of how it turned out.
From the colored concrete floors and exposed brick walls to the custom tile shower and modern finishes, this project has a style all its own! Every square foot was designed to maximize function while creating a comfortable, inviting living space. The garage side even has 2 floor drains! 🏠

Plumbing is roughed in for this handicap-accessible bathroom addition! 🚿♿️
This project took some serious groundwork — we poured the foundation monolithically and added nearly 90’ of leech line chambers to the existing septic system!
Projects like this don’t happen without a solid crew that shows up ready to work every day. We’re thankful for a team that keeps the ball rolling and gets the job done right. 👏

Fun Tuesday on the jobsite 🎉🏠
This custom 4’x4’ cupola is officially up—and it absolutely steals the show. The copper eagle on top is one of those details that makes a home stand out. 🦅
Big credit to the crew for getting this centerpiece safely set in place. Precision matters when you’re putting something like this on a roof—and they nailed it. 🔨
Progress keeps rolling here too—we’re adding a 12’x20’ addition, and the guys already have it prepped for plumbing rough-in.
One project, a lot of moving parts, and it’s coming together beautifully.

Shaping up nicely 🏠🔨
This addition is starting to show its full size—1,250 square feet of new living space and it’s changing the whole look of this home. Windows and doors are up next, then we’ll be roughing in utilities and really bringing it to life ⚡️
Over on the tiny home project… it keeps getting better every week. That brick accent wall turned out sharp—and safe to say, we’ll be recommending that look in the future 🤩

Versailles project is getting close to the finish line—tile going in, cabinets set, and it’s all starting to come together. 🏁
Over in Perryville, this 2-story build is moving quick. Second floor is nearly wrapped up and we’re pushing to get it dried in soon. ☀️
We’re extremely blessed, big weeks like this don’t happen without a solid crew. 💪

A couple of projects moving right here in our local communities 👇
📍 Versailles — The ADU/tiny home is coming to life!
Tile is going in for the custom shower and brick accent wall + paint is going on 🎨
This one is getting close!
📍 Perryville — 1300 sq ft addition underway!
Old concrete is out ✅
New concrete is down ✅
Now it’s time to start framing and give this place some shape this week 🔨
We love seeing these projects go from the ground up right here in Central KY.
