This homeowner had ongoing water intrusion into their basement. Instead of applying a temporary fix, we solved the problem at its source.

✅ Excavated down to the foundation footer
✅ Pressure washed and cleaned foundation walls
✅ Applied professional-grade waterproofing adhesive and drainage membrane
✅ Installed a new footer drain system with clean gravel backfill
✅ Connected and extended downspouts into the drainage system
✅ Corrected the negative grade around the home
✅ Seeded and strawed the disturbed areas for a clean finish

Water belongs away from your foundation—not in your basement.

If you’re dealing with a wet basement, standing water, foundation seepage, or poor drainage around your home, give us a call. We build drainage systems that are designed to last—not just get you through the next rainstorm.

🎄 TPC Christmas Giveaway Update 🎄

We have officially selected the family for this year’s Top Performance Contracting Christmas Giveaway, and we want to take a moment to speak from the heart.

First and foremost—thank you to every single person who reached out, shared, or trusted us with their story. Reading each message was humbling, emotional, and eye-opening.

This was an extremely difficult decision, and we want everyone to know that just because you weren’t selected this time does not mean your story went unheard or unacknowledged. You truly never know what someone else is going through, and we are reminded daily how strong this community really is.

Our hope was simply to bring a little light to a family this Christmas, and we pray that kindness continues to ripple through our community long after the holidays.

We hope to be able to carry on this tradition for years to come and we deeply appreciate the support from our friends and community.

From our family at Top Performance Contracting to yours—thank you for allowing us to be part of something bigger than ourselves. We wish everyone a safe, warm, and blessed Christmas. ❤️🎄
