🔹 Position 1: Experienced Concrete / Slab Crew Lead
We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced concrete professional to help run our slab work.
- Strong experience with forms, slabs, layout, and finishing
- Ability to take ownership of jobs and lead on pour days
- Pay: $25–$40/hr, based on experience and skill
🔹 Position 2: Laborer
Great opportunity for someone looking to get into the trade.
- No concrete experience required (we’ll train the right person)
- Must be reliable, motivated, and willing to work
- Pay: $20–$30/hr, depending on experience and attitude
