I’ve been thinking about living room layouts while working on the next builds.
A good coffee table has to do three things well:
• Be strong enough for daily use
• Fit the space without crowding the room
• Actually look like it belongs there
Simple question for everyone:
Do you prefer a coffee table with an open base (more leg room and lighter look)
or a lower shelf underneath for storage?
Curious what people actually use more.

A lot of furniture today is built with particle board and veneers to keep costs down.
If you were buying a coffee table, would you rather have:
Something cheaper that may only last a few years
or
A solid wood table built to last much longer?
