Lone Star Structure Solutions is a full service Roofing, Remodeling, and Renovations company based out of Plano, TX. We are looking to build and train a sales team ahead of the coming storm season.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and in the field role based out of Plano, TX for a motivated Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include developing and managing sales pipelines, generating leads, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of sales activities and staying up-to-date with industry trends and company products.

Qualifications
Proficient in sales techniques, lead generation, and negotiation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand customer needs, identify solutions, and close deals
Time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
Experience in the construction and roofing industry is a plus
