Nice little 1900's turn of the century house we had the pleasure of turning this unused storage room into a livable nursery. All new insulation and drywall (unpainted), wood floors, windows from this century 😄, trim and a mini-split. This room has the eco upgrades that will keep this room cool, or warm, all year long!!

Just a quick kitchen face-lift.

Out with the warm and in with the light!

We replaced the dated backsplash and countertops with a fresh slab and glass subway tile to bring more light into this kitchen.
