From two aging tanks to two tankless units — done right.
This Dallas attic had two old 50-gallon tank water heaters. We hauled them out, built a dedicated wall to mount the new equipment, and installed two Rinnai 199,000 BTU tankless systems in their place — plus leak pans, FloodStop shutoff protection on each unit, two new roof jacks, and crossover fittings so hot water gets to the tap faster.
Every connection got checked for leaks, and the whole system was tested and programmed before we left. This home just went from limited hot water and an aging tank sitting overhead to a system built to last and made to keep up with the whole house.

Small part, big difference.
This Rockwall shower had a worn Delta cartridge — the piece that controls water flow and temperature behind the handle. Swap it wrong, or skip checking your work after, and you can end up with a slow leak inside the wall that doesn't show up until it's a real problem.
We pulled the old cartridge, got a clean look at the wear, installed the new one, and checked every connection for leaks before calling it done. That last step is the one a lot of people skip. We don't.

Roots grow toward water — and a tiny leak in an underground sewer line is exactly what they're looking for. Once roots get in, they keep growing, and what starts as one slow drain can turn into a full backup fast.

The warning sign: multiple slow drains at the same time. That's usually root intrusion showing up before it gets bad. A sewer camera inspection can find the problem and pinpoint the damage before it turns into an emergency.
