Southern Twist Spray Foam is growing! We're adding a new blown-in insulation trailer to our fleet and are looking for a full-time team member to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Install blown-in insulation
✅ Assist with spray foam insulation projects
✅ Prep job sites before installation
✅ Clean up and maintain a professional work environment
✅ Load and unload materials and equipment
✅ Work as part of a team while providing excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and construction environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Construction or insulation experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand.

📍 Based in Wills Point, Texas, serving the DFW and East Texas areas.

Another project wrapped up!

Another Project Wrapped Up!

We just completed a 100' x 80' building roofline with 2.5 inches of UPC Closed-Cell Spray Foam.

Closed-cell foam provides:
✅ Exceptional air sealing
✅ Added structural strength
✅ Moisture resistance
✅ High R-value insulation performance

The customer will be finishing the wall system with Rockwool insulation, creating an energy-efficient building envelope designed for long-term performance, comfort, and durability.

These containers are being transformed into onsite job offices, and the insulation will help provide:
