Today is September 11, 2026.

We remember that tragic day in which many lives were not just lost but deeply affected.

I still remember very vividly where I was. 3rd grade in my classroom. In my little understanding at the time I knew that something bad happened. A teacher across the room told my teacher and they tuned in to the tv station. I caught a glimpse of the horrific scene of the twin towers in smoke.

Take the time to salute or thank your first responders if you come across them.

We should all be in this together in love and unity.
