Today we pause.
Twenty-five years ago, 2,977 lives were taken in New York, at the Pentagon, and in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
We remember the people who went to work that morning and never came home. We remember the first responders who ran toward the danger. We remember the families who still carry that day.
As a veteran-owned company, that morning is not abstract to us. It changed the country. It changed the people who raised their hands to serve in the years that followed. It still asks something of all of us: do not look away.
Time does not lessen what was lost. It only makes the promise more important.
We will never forget.
From all of us at Polar Bear HVAC Services — we honor their lives, stand with those who still grieve, and remain grateful for every person who has spent the last 25 years looking after this country and the people in it.
