🚨 NOW HIRING — FULL-TIME CONCRETE FLOOR TECHNICIAN 🚨

We’re looking to add an experienced, full-time worker to our team.

Experience is REQUIRED. We specifically need someone who has hands-on experience running floor grinders and grinding/polishing concrete surfaces.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has experience operating professional concrete floor grinders
* Understands concrete grinding and polishing
* Knows how to properly work a floor through the grinding/polishing process
* Is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in quality work
* Wants FULL-TIME, steady work
* Must have reliable transportation to Ennis, TX, where our shop is located

⚠️ This is not an entry-level position. Previous floor-grinding/concrete-polishing experience is required.

🚗 Reliable transportation to our shop in Ennis is a MUST.

Lone Star Surface Pros is looking for a hardworking, dependable team member to join our growing specialty concrete finishing crew!

🔹 Preferred Experience:
• Concrete staining
• Concrete polishing
• Epoxy floor coatings
• Surface preparation and grinding
• General concrete finishing

🔹 Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to our shop in Ennis, TX
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Construction experience is a plus

We work on residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the area and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and professional results.
