For over 34 years, my very old-school dad has run ProServ Roofing almost entirely through word of mouth.
I'm Joe's daughter, Kaitlen, and I've recently joined him to help with the business side of things and hopefully carry forward something he's spent most of his life building.
Dad is about as old-school as they come. He's built ProServ through relationships, repeat customers, referrals, and doing good work. I've always thought the fact that he's stayed busy for all these years almost entirely through word of mouth says a lot about the way he treats people and the quality of his work.
So one of my first orders of business was dragging ProServ into the 21st century. We officially have a brand-new website!

With all the hail we've had lately, we've had roofers knocking on our own front door. It's hard to know who's local and who's just passing through. When the storm-chasers move on to the next storm, we'll still be right here, and so will your warranty lol.
