With the recent rain in the Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex, I've been receiving a lot of calls regarding Roof leaks. Within minutes of getting on a Roof, I'm able to identify where and how water is getting in. It could be a minor issue like a vent or satellite dish not sealed correctly, or a bigger issue (consistent hail damage) that could qualify my customer for a Full Replacement,all paid for by Insurance . Today’s word of the day is PERSISTENCE. When I knocked on my customer Donna’s door for the 8th time-she finally said yes to an Inspection! As a retired Insurance Agent she knows the Claim Process & wanted to feel comfortable working with a Contractor, but she told me it was my Persistence that had her commit to working with me. Checking on a Commerical Job today for and it’s coming along great! We are installing a Coating System to this Roof which has SO many benefits!
1. The building can be restored instead of Replaced
2. More energy efficient
