Once Upon a Flip I refurbish and refinish furniture pieces that are outdated and unloved. Welcome to Once Upon a Flip! So, it’s just little ole me running this new adventure.

While I am trying to grow my business, I wanted to take a moment to tell you a little about myself. My name is Amy and I started flipping furniture in early 2023, as a way of self-therapy. I have always loved decorating and being creative but as most know, life happens (kids, husband and work) and the things you once loved may fall to the side. OT lose yourself in this crazy thing called life. This is not my full-time job, maybe one day, but for now I occupy my evenings and weekends with my creative paint therapy sessions. Go easy on me : )

I am based in Dallas, Georgia. I do not have a store front, and my trusty garage helps get the job done. I buy unloved furniture from my area and sell it through Facebook Marketplace and list it on my FB business page. Every piece is scrubbed clean, sanded, primed, painted and/or stained. I am a perfectionist, so I take my time with every piece. I handle local custom jobs with a turn-around time of 4-8 weeks, pending the piece and the weather. DM me with any questions or quotes.

This gorgeous farmhouse dresser and nightstand was refinished in Wise Owl Antique Villa enamel paint for superior long-lasting protection. It was then lightly distressed to show its natural wood beauty. Top and front toe kick was inspired by the Pottery Barn faux wood look. Top was then triple coated in polyurethane for maximum durability. 9 wooden drawers glide flawlessly, while the inside was lined with a brown cotton bouquet flower paper. New black matte square handles and round k***s add that splash of charm. This set is versatile with is neutral color palette. Can be used as entryway piece, hallway storage piece, or nursery room.

Dimensions: Dresser 60Lx18Wx32H, Nightstand 24.5Lx16Wx24.5H Delivery available upon request for a fee based on location. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App.
