Not only do we build custom homes for good folks, we do commercial builds as well. We were blessed with the opportunity to build the new bathrooms at the Texas Zoofari Park in Kaufman and they turned out awesome. The restrooms should be open to the public very soon, so when you come to visit the park, you can enjoy a nice clean bathroom. This building has a Women's with 6 stalls and a Mens with 2 stalls and 4 urinals. Both include handicapped stalls with a changeing table for the little ones. Includes a nice cool entryway and mechanical room.

Here's a custom build we finished and turned over last week in Wills Point . Owners asked not to share inside photos unfortunately so this is all we get to share. 4 bd, office 3 bath, 3 car garage, bonus room and about 2900 sqft. Wish we could share the inside, turned out awesome.

Another Happy Friday and Happy Clients. The Parker's, like all our clients have been a delight to work with and we have gained new friends once again. Someone's, getting a new top 😁
Recent hail damage = new roof. Up graded them from the builder grade 3 tab to Limited Lifetime 30 year Architectural shingle at no extra cost to the homeowner.
