✌🏽And that’s a wrap! Thank you for opening up your doors and hosting our very first Latinas Rising Up In HR Conexión Dallas! With close to 20 attendees we filled up the boardroom with laughter, community and tips as we each navigate our careers in HR.

Thank you all for making tonight so special and creating a space where together we could get vulnerable and share some big truths happening in our lives. Tonight was pure magic. Surrounded by powerful mujeres who came together not just to network, but to connect, inspire, and uplift. Each woman brought a small gift, a token of encouragement, love, and intention to remind one another that growth begins with giving. 💫

As we step into this Wellness + Growth Retreat, we’re reminded that leadership starts with community and self-investment. These moments, these conversations, these smiles…they’re the foundation of what it means to rise together.

What an unforgettable evening celebrating the launch of Latinas Rising Up in HR: Executive Edition Volume 3, now translated and published in Spanish.

We gathered to honor our incredible authors who shared their inspiring journeys in their native language, paying tribute to our culture, our ancestors, and every person who paved the way for us to lead, rise, and thrive.

Thank you to our authors for their courage, our publisher Fig Factor Media for bringing this vision to life, and Ollie Technology for making our virtual celebration come to fruition. And to our community, thank you for showing up with so much love and support.

This launch was more than an event. It was a powerful reminder that our stories matter, our voices belong, and together we are building a legacy for future leaders.
