Responsibilities for this Position Include, But Not Limited To:
- Data Entry
- Keep CRM & Company Files Organized
- Maintain Calendar & Track Project Schedule Changes
- Reconcile Quickbooks Accounts
- Send Material Quote Requests to Suppliers
- Create materials & labor estimates from notes provided by PM/Estimator
- Track Material Audit Sheets
- Assist with social media content
- Additional duties as required

Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education Required
- 1-3 Years of Administrative Experience - We are flexible on this

Position is 100% remote with some required attendance to company meetings.

Hours: Flexible Depending on Work Load. 16-20 Per Week w/Opportunities for FT & Growth w/Our Company.

1099 Contract Work

Starting Pay: $20/Hr w/Quarterly Bonus Structure

A church in West Dallas had some flooding after last year’s freeze & we are helping them get back in order! 3 buildings. Lots of repairs. Once we finish the drywall, we’re moving on to painting everything & replacing all ceiling tiles. 🚧🦺
