My kids call these HULK PANCAKES for obvious reasons 💚 & because they are packed with protein & deliciousness!
Protein is one of the most important nutrients during pregnancy and postpartum, and many women don’t get quite enough—especially in the later stages of pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Adequate protein supports both your body and your baby’s growth, recovery, and long-term health.
The goal is to get 80-100+ g/day during pregnancy
& 90-120 g/day if you’re breastfeeding 💪🏼
If you’re struggling to get enough protein add this recipe to your menu!
💚 6 eggs
💚 1 cup flour (I used all purpose but wheat would work too)
💚 1.5 cups cottage cheese
💚 handful of spinach
💚 1 tsp vanilla
💚 pinch of salt
[Nutrition info: 1 serving = 1 pancake
