From bare concrete to this. 🌊

We installed wood-look ceramic plank tile throughout this beach condo: living room, kitchen, hallway, and bedrooms. You get the warm look of hardwood with the durability of tile, so it stands up to sand, salt, and humidity.

Every row was set with a leveling system for a flat, lippage-free finish (you can spot the clips in the kitchen “before” shot 👀).

🚧 New project just kicked off! 🚧

Here’s where we’re starting: a living room torn down to the subfloor, a kitchen with original paneling and vinyl, carpet that’s seen better days, and bathrooms straight out of another decade.

The plan: new flooring throughout the entire house and a full repaint top to bottom. Same house, whole new feel.

We’ll be posting progress as it comes together. Follow along and watch this one transform! 👀

We took this trailer from bare subfloor to move-in ready. The part we're proudest of is the kitchen island. We built it from scratch, then installed the butcher-block countertop and sink to make it the centerpiece of the room.

We also put new LVP flooring through the whole home: kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and both baths.

Whole-home refresh at Riverside, finished. ✅

New dark luxury vinyl plank runs through the entire home: living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were painted a fresh white too. The place went from tired and dated to clean, bright and move-in ready.

Water damage doesn't always mean tearing it all out. 💧

This bathroom vanity had been damaged by moisture. Instead of ripping out the whole cabinet, we repaired it and refaced it and gave it a fresh coat of paint. It's solid, clean and ready for years more use, at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.

Built for my son. 🛠️

I built this loft bed for my little guy: a solid frame, stained stairs, built-in cubby storage underneath, and a safety net and railing on the upper platform. Framing to finished, all custom.
