Hey y’all. Just wanted to get on here and share this.

🚨COMPANIES WHO TRY TO IMMEDIATELY SELL YOU ON DRAINFIELD WITHOUT INVESTIGATING FURTHER ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND🚨 here’s why…

This customer had sewage leaking from around her septic tank lid on Thanksgiving day, when we popped the top we noticed water was not leaving the tank which is indicative of a drainfield issue. However, instead of immediately selling her thousands of dollars worth of drainfield, we did what we call an exploratory dig. We noticed some big pines that had grown over top of the drainfield (from the 80s) and likely had clogged the 4” perforated pipe in that certain section. During the exploratory dig we found that only about 75ft of the drainfield was being utilized, meaning there was a couple hundred feet of drainfield that wasn’t being used at all. With that being said we ran a new “crossover” from the first line which was soaking wet, to the second line that was bone dry and completely clear. The homeowner was more than happy with the price to cover this new crossover versus a full system replacement.
