Legend has it, Gambit was started the way all great business stories should: with two friends, a diner table, and the first version of the business plan written out on a napkin.

Fourteen years later, that vision from Chris Gray and Ronnie Rabbitt has grown into something much bigger: a company built on persistence, resilience, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Over the last 14 years, America and the construction industry have been tested again and again — through major economic shifts, market uncertainty, historic storms, labor and supply challenges, and the kind of pressure that reveals which companies are built to last.
