That's a wrap on the 2026 Texas Apartment Association Installation & Fall Board Meeting in Dallas! ✨

It was a great week of collaboration, connection, and celebration as multifamily leaders from across Texas came together to recognize outstanding leadership and help shape the future of our industry.

Gambit Construction is especially proud to congratulate our very own President, David Lindley, on his installation as President of the TAA Texas Suppliers Council! We're excited to see David take on this important leadership role and continue his commitment to advancing our industry! ✴️

We also extend our sincere appreciation to outgoing TAA President Mike Rust for his exceptional leadership throughout 2026. A dedicated advocate and outstanding representative of the rental housing industry, Mike has set a high standard for service and leadership. 👏

We’re excited to share that Gambit COO Ronnie Rabbitt was tapped as a go-to General Contractor for HGTV’s newest series, Extreme Buyers Club!

The series follows Texas real estate agent Noel Flowers-Collier through some truly unconventional home searches — with Ronnie helping turn those extreme ideas into real-world construction solutions. 🏠✨

And they definitely put him to work. This season tackled everything from properties for llamas and a kangaroo, to homes built around aerial performers and professional mermaids, and even a Boeing 727 conversion.

GAMBIT CONSTRUCTION may specialize in multifamily renovations and capital improvements, but whether it’s one residence or an entire community, the fundamentals are the same: understand the vision, solve the hard problems and figure out how to build it. 🏗️

We’re proud to see Ronnie representing that mindset on a national stage — and apparently our COO might just be made for TV! The season wrapped up just recently, so check out Extreme Buyers Club and enjoy the ride!

We may have literally had the coolest booth on the floor — shoutout to the A/C vent directly above us 😂 — but the people, conversations, and energy made the night even better.
