The difference a few days and a few goats can make never stops impressing us. 🐐🐐🐐🔥

Meet Kuzco, our new guardian llama. He's wooly, dramatic, and defends his personal space fiercely. He's all attitude and lives by his name sakes motto...'NO TOUCHY'. We are training him at the ranch so he can go out with the herd soon.

Observe the majestic goat in her natural habitat. While most of the herd browses at ground level, she uses the bipedal browsing approach- rising nearly six feet to harvest premium leaves unavailable to her shorter companions. A true example of evolutionary advantage...and petty height flexing.

The goats DID THE THING

05/26/2026

The goats are officially on the job at Lake McMurtry 🐐🌿

These hard-working brush-clearing crews are helping us manage overgrowth naturally while reducing the need for heavy machinery and herbicides. As they rotate through grazing areas, you may notice temporary electric fencing in place. The fencing is there to safely contain the goats while they work and should not be touched or crossed.

Please help us keep both visitors and goats safe by:
• Staying outside fenced grazing zones
• Supervising children closely
• Keeping pets away from fencing areas
• Enjoying the goats from a respectful distance

This is a fun and educational way to support healthier land management while giving our community a chance to see sustainable conservation in action. If you see the goats around the park, snap a photo and tag us! 🌱💚

47 goats, 5 days, and one back under control property in Glenco! We love being able to help our neighbors get their property back to the beautiful land it once was. Where are we going next? Send us a message.
