Last week was one of our favorite kinds of weeks at C.L. Burks. Everyone under one roof.

Teams from each of our markets come together at headquarters once a quarter.

It’s a full week of training, collaboration, team building, sharing what’s working in each market, sharpening our skills, and learning from one another. When you have people working across multiple offices and states, there’s something incredibly valuable about getting everyone in the same room.

We talked strategy. We worked through real opportunities. We challenged each other. We laughed a lot. And we left better than we came in.

Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when you’re willing to invest in your people, keep learning, and create a culture where everyone has something to contribute.

Pretty grateful for this crew, and excited about where we’re headed.

We walked away from this one genuinely in awe. ✈️

Our team sponsored the networking lunch for the JetBlue University Tour at the IFMA Florida Facilities Summit last week, and JetBlue ’s Orlando training facility did not disappoint — from state of the art flight simulators, emergency training spaces, mechanical rooms, and (our favorite stop on any tour) the roof, the entire facility was top notch. Four lucky FM’s even got the opportunity to experience the flight simulators first hand!

The networking was equally memorable, with great conversations among both new and familiar faces, exactly what makes IFMA events worth showing up for.

A sincere thank you to Cody Clark from JetBlue, who hosted us and brought every part of that facility to life with the airline’s history and its customer-service-first culture. Cody, we’re so grateful for the time and care you put into showing us around — it made this tour one we’ll be talking about for a long time.

And of course, a huge thank you to IFMA South Florida Chapter chapter for all the hard work they put into this year’s summit! You guys rock! 🤘🏽

❤️What a day. So many friends, neighbors, and partners joined us to celebrate our new Tennessee office and we’re so grateful for every one of you.

Live music from David Bingaman 🎶, Bbq from Byrd Brasi BBQ company 🍖, sweet treats from Clumpies Ice Cream Co.🍦, and Carson braving the dunk tank courtesy of Christopher James 💦 – it was one for the books. Thank you for helping us celebrate this exciting milestone.

Yesterday, we celebrated a very special milestone, the grand opening of our new C.L. Burks Tennessee office!

While we are incredibly proud of our new home, it is the amazing team inside it that gives us the most reason to celebrate.

For the past four years in our other TN office this team has worked tirelessly to build relationships, serve our customers, and grow the C.L. Burks reputation throughout Tennessee. They show up every day with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to taking care of our customers and one another. The quality of their work and the pride they bring to everything they do are a true reflection of what C.L. Burks represents.

This new office is a testament to everything they have accomplished together, and to the exciting future they are continuing to build.

To our Tennessee team: We see your hard work, we appreciate you, and we could not be prouder of the outstanding job you do. This celebration was for you!

Some weekends just hit a little different. 💙🎣☀️

Our Florida team recently returned from the 47th Annual RCASF Fishing Tournament in the Keys—one of those weekends we look forward to all year long.

Sure, we love a few days on the water, but what keeps us coming back is everything beyond the fishing. It’s reconnecting with friends across South Florida’s roofing community, spending quality time with our team outside the office, and supporting a cause that’s become incredibly meaningful to us. 🤝

This year, that cause became even more personal.

Each year, one Make-A-Wish family is invited to attend the tournament. We were incredibly honored that this year’s family was Beau’s. 🥹

Beau is a 4-year-old kidney transplant survivor whose wish to visit the Florida theme parks was one of the wishes our donation helped grant last year.

It’s one thing to make a donation.

It’s another to see what that donation becomes.

We learned Beau loves anything with wheels 🚗, dinosaurs 🦖, Mickey & Donald 🐭...and (relatable 😂) a good plate of applesauce and chips. But more importantly, we got to witness the joy and memories that wish created for him and his family.

Seeing our contribution come to life—not as a number, but through the smile of a little boy and the memories his family will cherish forever—is something we’ll never forget. 💙

Together, RCASF has now raised more than $2.5 million for Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida and the The International Game Fish Association - IGFA Junior Anglers Program, including 26 new wishes granted this year alone. We were also excited to welcome the Guy Harvey Foundation as a new beneficiary. 🌊

We’re proud to be part of a community that continues to make wishes like Beau’s possible.

Already counting down until next year.

We were a Big Dill at the CREDA Pickleball Tournament! We had such a great time meeting new friends and getting out there on the court. Thank you CREDA Georgia for putting on such a fun event!

Happy Father’s Day weekend! As we celebrate the dads and father figures on our team and beyond, we’re grateful for the hard work, leadership, and dedication they bring both at work and at home.
