Another day of inspections, another day of Termite and rodent Issues!

Today we inspected a home in Dawsonville GA with a level of termite activity and damage that we have not seen in years!

This is exactly why you should always hire a professional that ensures the crawlspace is inspected in its entirety every single year.

The level of damage done on this home is estimated to be thousands of dollars in repairs as the sill plate and subflooring have been fully destroyed by Eastern subterranean Termites.

The pictures do not do justice to the level of damage we saw in this crawlspace.

Along with termites, this home also had evidence of powder post beetles throughout the crawl along with a significant rodent infestation!
