From bare dirt to fresh sod in one day. We cleared this Granbury, TX yard earlier this week — trees out, stumps gone, ground prepped — and today the crew came back and finished the job.

Big project underway in Mansfield, TX. Today we’re backfilling drainage pipe installed by drain-master Joe Hall with Hall Plumbing, and working the rough grade at the same time, every pass with the Bobcat is setting up the next phase of this build.

When it’s all said and done this yard is getting a custom putting green, artificial turf, Leuders slab walkways, and a travertine pool deck. A lot of moving parts, all have to be done in the right order.

This is the kind of groundwork that makes everything else possible. You don’t see it when the job is finished — but it’s what everything else is built on.

Day 3 in Granbury, TX. We've been out here all week working through a large cluster of trees — cutting down, chipping up, and clearing the site completely. It's the kind of work that doesn't look glamorous on day one, but when the ground is clean and ready, you know it was done right.

No stumps left behind. No debris. Just a clean slate ready for the next phase.
