Q: What exactly is included in your standard lawn maintenance program?
A: Our weekly or bi-weekly mowing service includes mowing the turf, line trimming around obstacles like trees and fences, edging hardscapes (curbs, driveways, sidewalks), and blowing all grass clippings off paved areas.
Q: Will the same crew be coming out every week?A: We are a small family owned and operated business so you will only ever see Tim and Kristina on your property.
Q: Should I leave my pets inside on service days?
A: Yes, for the safety of your pets and our crew, we ask that dogs be kept indoors on service days. Please ensure all gates are unlocked and the yard is clear of toys or large debris before we arrive.
Q:Do I have to pick up the dog p**p in my yard?
A:Yes please! We ask that your yard be clear of any dog p**p before we service your yard not only for us but for the next customer we go to after your yard!
Q: Do I need to be home when the service is performed?
A: Not at all. Most of our clients prefer to be away while we work. As long as we have access to the perimeter of your yard and any locked gates, we can get the job done quickly.
Q: How do I know when you've visited, and how do I pay?
A: You will receive a text confirmation once the service is completed. If you require pictures we can send them to you as well! We accept the following forms of payment, Cash, check, Cashapp, Zelle and Venmo .
Q: What happens if it rains and you can't make it on my scheduled day?
A: We adjust our routes for inclement weather. If we miss your scheduled day, we will bump your service to the next available dry day.
Q:Will I still get charged for service if you can't make it out due to bad weather?
A: Absolutely not! We only charge our customers after a service is completed!
