Just a heads up for our customers in this area!

A planned power outage is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, from 11:00 p.m. through Thursday, September 10, at 4:00 a.m. The outage will impact 1,458 members in Chemult, Diamond Lake, Klamath Marsh, and from Highway 97 to the tunnel on Highway 58. To view the impacted areas, see the map below.
The planned outage will allow crews to perform critical work to our transmission line. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important system improvement.

Today was a beautiful chilly day out in Christmas Valley. 17 hours straight of working on oil monitor heaters.

Makes you have an appetite for some good food from The Christmas Valley Lodge! Thank you it was wonderful tonight 🙂

It is very important to have your oil monitor heaters serviced at a minimum of every two years as they have specific parts that will need replaced to prevent major cracks or needing to replace the whole systems before they need to be.

Extra training from the manufacturers before winter really hits. So we can take care of our customers to the best ability! It also allows us the opportunity to provide knowledge to the customer so their systems stay running for a long life span.

You can see these should be serviced around every 2-4 years by the burner mat being cracked like that. When that happens the burner pot becomes warped and has to also be replaced due to high chance of cracking and becoming a hazardous!

Picked up some on hand supplies as well to help cut down on cost for customers!

Sorry for being missing in action!!

We have been so busy on the job site lately that we forgot to share what we have going on!

Helping get heating back up and ready for hopefully a hard winter! Annual HVAC system cleanings, Fences, Installing new heat pumps, Cleaning commercial ice machines, Fixing commercial fridges, Swamp coolers, Laying new flooring and Installing new propane ovens and fireplaces!

We are going to be going to specialized training at the end of August for oil monitor heaters to help keep up with all the new technology! We will also get to see all the new product they are going to be offering. Working on making connections with the supply house to make getting our customers better support!

We will be closed starting today as we are going to celebrate with him at his daughter’s place in California.

Jerry is one of the most talented, knowledge filled, amazing human that is here on earth!

We are blessed to have him in our lives on a daily basis! He is one of the most loving and kind people we know.

We’re excited to celebrate him in less than 1 month for his 100th birthday 🎉

He found himself holding an enemy anti-personnel mine in World War II and then working on psychological warfare in Korea. Veteran Jerry Mattox shares his war stories.
