Got a big pile put on in just 2 days solo. Had to bounce around different rooms to clear piles from the wall. Probably totaled about 35 sheets mostly in the ceiling. Not too bad for one guy. Nice that this job is literally 1 minute from my house in Warne. Love the trip over and back. Didn't even buy gas this week!

Yaay! Phase one is complete! It should look pretty awesome here quick like now. We're getting the panels and tops tomorrow hopeful to have it complete Friday, but I'm changing out the front door tomorrow and that'll be a bit of a chore, so we'll see.

4 days solo flooring job.
1600 square feet with 0 transition pieces!
Flows seamlessly throughout both bathrooms front portion, and the main show room. Tomorrow prepping the base.
This was after fixing all of the drain pipes below the building that were leaking, adding a urinal from scratch, moving 2 sinks and the plumbing, repairing a toilet, and repairing the fl**ge and toilet in the other bathroom, and not to forget painting all of the walls trim, and some of the ceilings.
Can't wait to build the bar!

Found some termites. And a lot of them!
I'm so glad I decided to fix the soft spot when entering this building! If I had just covered it up with flooring this would have been a disaster! Always pays to be proactive in this work.
