Not all ceiling texture is equal!

This house is plaster & the ceiling texture was not popcorn, it was a sand texture mix that had been painted in the past & had smoke damage from the fireplace. The texture was not going to come down.

We removed the beams (non-structural), sealed & skim coated the ceiling to make it flat. We then prepped & painted the ceiling, walls, and trim.

It turned out really nice.
