If you've been dreaming of a place to unplug, ride trails, or hunt without driving hours into deep Missouri, take a look at this.

Just listed 43 acres +/- in Dittmer, Missouri 63023 for $224,000. What makes this piece so special is how nature did the heavy lifting—the natural contours of the land create natural game trails and walking paths across the entire acreage. It's an incredible recreational setup at an outstanding price per acre.

Here is what makes it stand out:
🌲 43 +/- acres of quiet Jefferson County land
🦌 Natural land shape forming ideal hunting corridors
🏷️ Outstanding value per acre at $224,000
🚜 Perfect for ATV riding, weekend camping, or outdoor builds

We've been a little quiet on social media... but we've been anything but quiet behind the scenes!

This summer has been incredibly busy, and we've been honored to help so many families navigate life's biggest transitions. From preparing homes for the market and coordinating moves to managing estate sales and helping families through inherited properties, we've been hard at work doing what we love.

Just because you haven't seen us posting doesn't mean we've slowed down—it actually means we've been busy serving our clients. ❤️

We're excited to be back and can't wait to share more of what we've been working on!

Up next... another fantastic estate sale!
