1200 square feet of efficiency.
We replaced this old mobile home with a 20’x60’permanent structure and had one goal in mind. Be as cost effective as possible, don’t cut any corners and don’t waste any space.
Here’s how we did it.
-Code compliant engineered monolithic slab with frost protection
-3” of spray foam in all exterior walls, r19 in interior walls for sound deadening and r60 in the attic.
-four 10’x15’ bedrooms, two full bathrooms large kitchen and living room
-36” doors throughout the build
-Roof design that allows for an easy future expansion, if needed.
-Exterior dimensions that essentially create zero waste with sheeting and siding.
This will be a very energy efficient build that replaced a drafty old trailer house into so much more.
