One big remodel—or several smaller phases? The answer depends on more than the upfront investment.

Spaces that share plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, or structural work may be easier to coordinate in one project. Phasing can make the initial investment more manageable, but repeated setup, permitting, and construction cycles can increase the total cost and extend the disruption.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings order to complexity, catches the details others miss, and keeps important work moving forward.

You may be a strong fit if you have professional experience with:
- Bookkeeping and advanced QuickBooks
- Job costing and WIP reporting
- HR administration and compliance
- Building dependable office systems
- Taking ownership without constant direction

This is a full-time, fully in-office position with compensation of $29–$36/hour, profit sharing, insurance benefits, paid time off, a 401(k) with employer contributions, and continued professional development.
