**Progress Update — Laredo Community College Chiller Replacement**

Our crew has been working across two LCC campuses in Laredo.

At the North Campus, we completed structural repairs on all 8 cooling tower piers. Each pier was chipped out, rebar treated, reinforced with new cages and stirrups, then formed and poured with high strength grout. After stripping forms, the piers were pressure washed and sealed with the full Sika waterproofing system including silane sealer and urethane sealant at all perimeters.

At the South Campus, we started with GPR scanning to locate utilities and rebar before any cutting. From there we demoed and completely rebuilt the chiller yard for two new units. Full reinforced slab on grade, column cages poured in place, and equipment pads extended into the mechanical room. We also core drilled through the building wall for the new piping runs out of the mechanical room.

Sawcutting, demo, rebar, concrete, and coordination with the mechanical contractor to keep everything moving.

RDL Construction LLC recently completed a full turnkey office and conference room build-out for Vopak Terminal Corpus Christi. Starting from raw warehouse space, our team self-performed and coordinated all trades from the ground up — framing, drywall, paint, flooring, electrical, HVAC, data lines, windows, doors, finish-out, and an elevated mezzanine storage area complete with custom railing. The result is a fully functional, professional workspace built to the client's standards.

Miller High School Auditorium: Full-scale renovation in progress. Stadium seating removed, multi-level scaffolding deployed for 33' ceiling access, floor protection and temporary lighting systems installed. Executing complete ceiling grid reconstruction, LED lighting integration, hardwood floor restoration, and comprehensive interior refinishing. Precision ex*****on on institutional-scale projects.

RDL Construction just wrapped up a specialized ceiling project that showcases our attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. We furred down 350 linear feet of ceiling grid by 6 inches with a 4-foot width to improve access to critical HVAC supply and return lines.
