The Fog has lifted and the water is still as Prestige Paving Company is Milling the Asphalt in the Parking Lot of the Dana Point Yacht Club in South Orange County CA.

This is the fifth parking lot that we’ve completed for the Dana Point Harbor over the past two years and with the multimillion dollar revitalization project for the Harbor in place, it’s our goal to continue to be the preferred Asphalt Paving Company for their Developer and Property Management Firm.

When our team inspected this parking lot four months ago it was determined that the asphalt repairs that were done by another company for many years kept failing because of a weak sub-grade that our customer was never made aware of.

Today Prestige Paving Company is performing Phase two of three at this San Juan Capistrano CA Commercial Property, where we are Cement Treating this weak sub-grade so that the foundation the new asphalt pavement gets installed on is strong and can better resist and hold up much longer against the heavy vehicle loads that it’s subjected to.

Now that the “swamp” that we discovered hiding under the asphalt and concrete of this alley in Huntington Beach CA is all cleaned up (Literally over 80 loads of wet clay were removed and a sub grade stabilizing fabric and rock were installed prior to this video)…Prestige Paving Company can finally get back to business.

Future site and home of Mako Equipment Rentals in Santa Fe Springs CA…where Prestige Paving Company is performing a Full Depth Reclamation of the Sub-grade (=Pulverizing existing asphalt pavement and mixing it with the underlying rock base and soil to create a new stable foundation before laying down new asphalt).

Lots of education took place with the Property Owners before this project started in order to bring them the awareness of the problems that were occurring under their pre-existing asphalt and how important and necessary a stable foundation is before placing asphalt.
