HVAC Installer / Service Technician Trainee
Starting Pay: $20-24/hr + Skills-Based Raises from Day 1
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team immediately for the summer installation
season. This position starts in our Installation Department, includes cross-training in service,
and transitions into a full-time Service Technician role this fall.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction or trade background who wants
to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
What We're Looking For:

*Construction, trade, or mechanical work experience required
*HVAC experience preferred but not required
*Fluent in English
*Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Reliable, professional, and coachable
*Interested in long-term growth and career development
*We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in construction or the trades who wants to
continue developing their technical skills. HVAC experience is a plus, but we're primarily
interested in finding someone who is coachable, mechanically inclined, and committed to doing
things the right way. We believe great technicians are built through training, accountability, and a
commitment to continuous improvement, and we're prepared to invest in the right person.

Summer Responsibilities:
*Assist with residential HVAC system installations
*Learn installation procedures and best practices
*Work alongside experienced installers and technicians
*Develop troubleshooting and technical skills
*Begin cross-training in maintenance and service

Fall Responsibilities:
*Transition into a Service Technician role
*Perform HVAC maintenance visits
*Complete system inspections and diagnostics
*Perform return repairs and minor service work
*Continue advancing technical knowledge and certifications
