What is your job title and how long have you been with Conway Air?

Dispatcher - Professional schedule juggler, problem solver and the person behind the scenes keeping things moving. Almost 12 years of organized chaos 😂

What is one thing people might not know about you?

I love solving puzzles, thinking outside the box, and finding ways to make things better. My brain is always asking ‘Is there a better way to do this?’ 🧩

What is one thing you wish every homeowner knew about HVAC?

Your HVAC system is just like your car. Regular maintenance can help catch small things before they turn into expensive repairs and keep your system running efficiently and reliably. Honestly something I wish I had known before working in the industry because I definitely didn’t realize how important it was either. Now I know better and I can’t un-know it! 🙈

What is one thing you cant live without?

My family is my anchor. No matter how crazy life gets, they’re the ones that keep me grounded and remind me of what really matters. Add some country living and a good pasture view and I’m right where I wanna be. ❤️
