Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Helper to join our team. No experience is required—we are fully willing to train the right beginner! In this role, you will help support the Lead Technician/Owner by assisting in routine maintenance, assisting in cleaning swimming pools, and assisting with equipment repairs
Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning: Skim debris, brush walls, and vacuum the pool floor. Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Chemical Balancing: Test water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) and safely apply chemicals to maintain crystal-clear water.
• Equipment Inspection: Help run routine checks on pumps, filters, and timers to ensure everything is working correctly.
• Maintenance: Keep equipment, tools, and company trucks clean and organized. Lift and load heavy items like salt bags and chemical buckets (up to 50–100 lbs).
• Customer Service: Log completed jobs and chemical readings on our mobile app and greet homeowners professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: None required! We welcome beginners with a strong willingness to learn and a great work ethic.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must have a reliable personal vehicle (truck, SUV, or spacious van preferred) capable of carrying pool chemicals and cleaning poles.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
• Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently when needed.
• Troubleshooting and Minor Repairs: Identify and report equipment leaks, pump malfunctions, or structural cracks to management and perform basic repairs when qualified.
